Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience in supply chain/operations or a related field.
• Experience in project management and establishing/implementing operational processes.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in Logistics, Fulfillment, Planning, or related supply chain operations.
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams in the technology/distribution market.
• Experience with import and export processes in relation to consumer electronics.
• Understanding of Business-to-Consumer, Business-to-Business, transportation, fulfillment, and distribution operations.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities/deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, organization, and analytical/problem solving skills.
  
  

About The Job

The Hardware Planning and Fulfillment (HWPF) team is responsible for forecasting, distributing, and repairing Google’s Devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware launch logistics readiness with suppliers, develop/execute applicable on-boarding plans, drive risk assessment/mitigation, and serve as a point of contact for customers.
• Manage supplier logistics operations through key performance metrics and drive efficiency/improvements in their operations.
• Identify opportunities, capability gaps, and operational/scaling challenges and present solutions to management.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve global supply chain issues, improve processes, launch new capabilities, introduce new tools, and resolve customer escalations.
