- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience as Semiconductor Foundry/Process Engineer on leading edge Silicon technology.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with technical leadership and executive communication.
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Material Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in Semiconductor Foundry Development/Management.
- Experience with SoC and PMIC productization.
- Experience in data analysis using semiconductor production data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, and across cross-functional teams and different geo sustainability.
- Excellent people management and written/verbal communication skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You’re equally comfortable explaining your team’s analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Be familiar with leading edge process technology to drive readiness and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Analyze KPIs, yield/PP sensitivity, and baseline process window.
- Drive regular on-site meetings, supplier visits, and strengthen relationships with key manufacturing partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive and resolve technical and operational issues of material and all aspects of process to enable delivery of product and manufacturing process during NPI into Mass Production.
- Lead early production site qualifications for NPI including yield and process improvement roadmap.
