Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience as Semiconductor Foundry/Process Engineer on leading edge Silicon technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with technical leadership and executive communication.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Material Engineering.
• 15 years of experience in Semiconductor Foundry Development/Management.
• Experience with SoC and PMIC productization.
• Experience in data analysis using semiconductor production data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, and across cross-functional teams and different geo sustainability.
• Excellent people management and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with leading edge process technology to drive readiness and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Analyze KPIs, yield/PP sensitivity, and baseline process window.
• Drive regular on-site meetings, supplier visits, and strengthen relationships with key manufacturing partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive and resolve technical and operational issues of material and all aspects of process to enable delivery of product and manufacturing process during NPI into Mass Production.
• Lead early production site qualifications for NPI including yield and process improvement roadmap.
