What You Will Do In Your Role

Job Description

• Control and review process of all production activities to perform consistent and excellent production quality .
• Review and manage the production capacity plan and resource including material, machines, manpower to ensure production order on schedule.
• Develop production process standard and coordinate compliance with the standard.
• Drive continuous improvement activities as six sigma, lean , JDI to improve cost ,quality and delivery performance.
• Compile data to generate DFM feedback to design team for new product design and business.
• Implement preventive machine maintenance program and develop machining machine maintenance supply chain to keep high machine utilization and capability.
• Lead team to achieve excellent production performance of Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
• Monitor new product process development from sample run to mass production to ensure smooth ramp up.
• Plan the automation roadmap and implement execution plan to reduce labor and increase machine/man ratio.
• Develop knowledge management and implement training program to upgrade team talent capability.
• Co-work with QA/PD/PM/PMC teams for fulfillment customer demand with good production quality.
  

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering ,manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in mechanical component plant and 3 years of supervisor experience in process engineering or management.
• Basic English read/write capability and computer literacy(e.g. Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
• Experience in CNC or auto lathe industry is preferred.
• Engineering and quality methodology in SPC, DOE, PFMEA, Lean and Six Sigma is a plus.
