RESPONSIBILITIES

l Own Branding relationships and manage business escalations

l Provide overall management and support for business negotiations covering cost, supply, and vendor funding agreements

l Collaborate with Product team, Supply Chains and Engineering team to maintain a supplier sourcing strategy that aligns technology, business requirements and roadmap with supplier capabilities

l Interface with cross-functional teams to assess current and future sourcing requirements

l Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, cost and quality improvements

l Perform and communicate supply chain cost forecasting or revenue opportunities based on trend analysis and market conditions

l Develop and maintain relationships with executives and senior executives at suppliers

l Drive quarterly supplier business reviews that defines, among other things, market and business analysis, roadmaps, supplier capabilities and annual / quarterly strategic business objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

l 10+ years of experience managing vendors and working for global enterprise electronics brands

l Significant experience in a variety of manufacturing and/or planning environments

l Experience leading strategy development in procurement management and optimization

l Strong communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities

l Ability to develop efficient work processes for complex projects involving many groups, across multiple geographies and effectively coordinate, implement, and maintain those processes

l Strong analytical skills (i.e. cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier selection)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to innovate on issues related to strategic sourcing, vendor relations, quality assurance and associated measurement systems.
