• 商品庫存稽核盤查
• 確保系統庫存與實際庫存相符合
• 查核門市退倉單,行銷部轉調, 瑕疵轉調
• 查核員購,贈品,折品
• 商品盤點轉調作業
• 瑕疵報廢處理

• Goods receive in retail system
• Generate GI slip to all channels for stock arrivals
• Stock take adjustment monthly
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including adjustment, MKT sponsorship, PB, defect, transfers
• Investigate and correct discrepancies for all locations inventory
• Stock taking in warehouse and stores annual count
• Manage and liquidate obsolete inventory
• Generate inventory adjustment report to Finance team monthly
• Handle defect claims procedure

Requirements:

• 至少有1-2年商品存控稽核管理經驗者
• 英文多益600分以上為佳
• 熟稔Microsoft 軟體運用及Excel函數處理(vlookup ,樞紐)、不熟悉者請勿投遞
• 對數字敏感思維邏輯清晰,不怕繁瑣事務
• 善於在壓力環境下工作
• 可配合快節奏工作模式,有效率時間管理能力佳
• 積極主動,樂於學習,細心有耐心,善溝通與團隊合作,靈活配合度高
• 對流行時尚有興趣尤佳


• Min 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Diploma / Degree in Business / Retail Management / Economics
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure
• Bilingual, proactive and strong analytical
• Keen eye for details with an aptitude for numbers
• Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
• Knowledge in logistics arrangements, shipping, customs and tax clearance is a plus.
