The Staff Engineer, EE will be based in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site. The Staff Engineer, EE performs the responsibility for hardware design in Power Supply Unit/Power Solution Projects request.

Here Is a Glimpse Of What You’ll Do

• Design high power density AC/DC and DC/DC BBU (Battery Backup Unit) system for server power supply, telecom PSU, datacenter and industrial application.
• Work with customer for BMS circuit design solution of various battery.
• Provide BBU design solution and proposal to implement design review internally and to end customers
• Provide technical support on test specification and requirements
• Design topology application review with knowledge on debug
• Component standardization, optimize design and deep drive on cost reduction
• Overall project responsibility in all aspects on EE design related- from project kick off to end of M.P.
• Tolerance analysis and simulation
• Issue duplicate and solved
  
  

Here is some of what you’ll need:

• Bachelor or above degree in electronics or electrical
• 8+ years’ experience for PSU,UPS,BBU or EV charger design
• Be highly passionate and interested in BBU development and capability of team work in multi-task environment
• Solid understanding of software implementation/design experience is required.
• Capability of independent Research and working with new technologies is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) is required.
• Extensive knowledge of solar charger, EV charger or V2L/ V2H device is a major plus.
• With strong sense of responsibility (be able to go on business trips, dispatch overseas are preferred)
