Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Assure the training program to be aligned with business goals and talent development goals.
  • Strengthen the training effectiveness by integrating internal/external resources and developing the training channels & learning technology.
  • Partner with HRBP & line managers to understand needs and issues, and offer training solutions to facilitate business goal achievement.
  • Plan and implements training budget. Ensures that training milestones and goals are met and continuously optimize the utilization and result.

Employee communication

  • Be an advocate role to bridge diverse communications of culture formation and organizational change management.
  • Facilitate the employee welfare function and leverage it to enhance employee engagement and organization identity.
  • Work with CSR committee and lead the CSR virtual team. Plan and coordinate the entire CSR project and execution to achieve the objective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • 5+ years of working experience. T&D experience is plus
  • Excellence in project management and planning skills
  • Great presentation & interpersonal skills
