Summary:

A compliance project manager is responsible for Taiwan RBA direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, establishing and maintaining Taiwan RBA system in accordance with the regulations.
• Lead internal audit activity planning and report writing within the RBA system on an annual basis.
• Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violation of RBA guidelines and internal policies.
• External RBA audit coordination and correspondence.
• Revising procedures, report etc. periodically to identify hidden risk or non-conformity issues for RBA audit.
• Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improvements continuously.
• Assist in handling RBA-related work globally and respond to clients/suppliers managing and writing RBA procedural documents.
• Awareness of the labor code of Ethics management and regulations.
• Support other assigned compliance or administrative affairs.

Qualifications

• Language: influent in English
• Educational requirements: bachelor’s degree or above
• Work experience: at least 8 years in the field or in a related area
• Requirement experience: with RBA system & VAP
• Key skills and competencies: communication skills, planning and organizational skills, negotiation skills, problem analysis, decision-making, judgments, customer service orientation, adaptability and team work
