Responsibilities

• As a QR’s project manager for materials analysis (MA), fault isolation (FI), physical failure analysis (PFA), and metrology pathfinding/development projects in the USA.
• Seek, identify, and develop suitable MA, FI, PFA, and metrology solutions to support Corporate research, pathfinding, and process/IP development on silicon and 3DIC packaging technology

Requirements

• MS or PhD degree in EE /Physics/Chemistry or Material related engineering area.
• 10+ years of material analysis, metrology, or process/product debug in fields relevant to silicon or packaging technology.
• Hands-on experience on MA, FI, FA, or metrology tools.
• Ability to learn new exploratory fields quickly and serve as an effective team leader to trigger the team’s learning agility.
• Patent filing on related fields is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel as needed.
