Sr. Product Manager–Compliance/ Quality

Job Description

Quality:

- Handle customer complaints, provide reasonable finding and solutions in time. Also, provide compensation/ replacement if needed.

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with client through open and interactive communication.

- Immediate report and escalate to management for critical case.

Compliance/ Chemical control/ Audit/ Inspection:

- Meet with clients to take detailed update and clarify specific requirements if needed.

- Collaborate with client’s compliance manager and internal team when needed.

- Following up on compliance/chemical update that require investigation.

- Collaborate with external auditor and internal team when needed.

- Immediate report and escalate to management for major event

Product/ Project management:

- Ensure that all projects/ production are delivered on-time and within scope.

- Manage the relationship and with the client.

- Prioritize activities based on factory or client’s need.

- Working cross-functionally with logistic, engineer, procurement, design teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ project.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management team:

- Able to take over any new or on-going production/ project as needed.

- Able to handle client’s additional request and legal contract.

Requirement

1. Strong logical thinking and coordination ability.

2. Experienced or knowledgeable in consumer relations/ Project management will be preferential.

3. Ability to work well on own as well as part of a team

4. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

5. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
