Job Title: Sr. OD Manager/Deputy Director

Report to: Director

Location: Hsin Chu, Taiwan

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of 5 to establish OD mechanism.

2. Design and facilitate appropriate interventions to addresses and responds to organization development and talent development issues.

3. Enriches Company’s OD Knowledge Management by integrating practical experiences and theoretical frameworks.

4. Play the role of a strategic partner or change agent to put HR profession into full play by improving organizational efficiency and talent development

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in business management, human resources or related fields are preferred.

2. 15 years and above of HR related experiences

3. Performance consulting, organizational diagnosis, instructional design, talent development, change management

4. Strong leadership skills

5. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English

6. Good engagement, open minded and highly agile

7. Perseverance and high EQ
