工作內容

1. Partner with Functional/Business Units to identify HR related challenges and activities.
2. Work closely with HR COE to jointly create policies, programs, and solutions. (including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, organizational design, and employee relations)
3. Play a key role in facilitating and leading various organizational changes and management initiatives, ranging from critical HR programs/projects to administrative.

4. Foster strong and reliable connections with stakeholders and business leaders, establishing trust and credibility.
5. Apply expert judgment and skills within the framework of well-defined policies and practices.

條件要求

1. Strong business acumen, people sensitivity, and effective stakeholder management.
2. 5 years and above HRBP/COE experience (R&S, C&B or OD field.)
3. Proficient in analyzing data trends and metrics to support HR operations and business decision making.
4. Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Fluent in English.
