Job Summary

The Senior Hardware Program Manager is responsible for NZXT PC component & handhelds product also packaging development of various types of derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from request through production to delivery, including scheduling and attending review meetings, analyzing feedback, and gaining approvals from all stakeholders.
• Work closely with the development leads to ensure features are delivered also process POs and update budget / financial trackers.
• Effectively lead weekly project review meetings to effectively align teams across the project on activity.
• Providing functional expertise to assess potential schedule risks and operational impact.
• Hands-on to create/maintain a project plan including schedules, project budget, and development quality.
• Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent, on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication.
• Drive execution of projects to meet objectives in cost, schedule, and product quality.
• Plan, schedule, prioritize and drive package structure/ graphic development activities and ensure PKG tasks & activities will be well managed.
• Partnership with Product Marketing, design team, packaging qualification team, and supplier to develop and launch product package into the manufacturer.
  
  

Qualifications

• Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitivity, goal oriented.
• Excellent bilingual English/Chinese language skills.
• Experience in managing Retail packages or Brand products
• 5+ years Project/ Program Management experience in high tech and consumer products environment with cross-functional teams, experience leading projects.
• Team-oriented: The team player must be able to seamlessly partner with the development lead to assess risk, strategize and meet deliverables for projects.
• Superior project scoping, project timeline development, risk assessment, and prioritization skills.
• Experience creating comprehensive project timelines utilizing project management software, e.g. Google Suite, Workfront, etc.
• Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, professional oral and written communication skills, and a high level of interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
• Experience in Laptop, Accessory, Handhelds, and related consumer electronic products.
• Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
