The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

• Communicating with 3PL about any in/outbound issues
• Prepare and complete IBD of contract warehouses(3PL) for receiving according to schedule
• Recording all in/outbound transactions of contract warehouses(3PL) in the system (SAP)
• Manage damage/shortage issues and submit CAPA/IA.
• Maintain 3PL count accuracy (cycle counting / physical counting)
• Check monthly 3PL’s bill and submit SRM
• Provide 3PL KPI reports as required
