Job contents:

1. Experience in mixed-signal IC top integration (analog top)

2. Experience in 90nm process or more advanced technology node

3. 100MHz – 1GHz PLL design

4. 10MSps – 50MSps low latency ADC design

5. Low offset operational amplifier design

6. Extremely low TC band-gap circuit design

7. High reliability (industrial grade/car grade) analog circuit design

Requirements:

1.MST degree in Electronic Engineering major

2.3 yrs above experience in analog circuit design and power IC converter/controller development are preferred.
