Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organisation

To deliver the adidas mission, vision & values. To analyze sales results, manage range planning, Brand Led Retail buying processes and pre-orders.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & merchandising:

• Closely work with product team to manage seasonal product range for wholesale store segmentation.
• Provide recommended BLR stores pre-orders to wholesale partners seasonally to improve sell through.
• Provide product sell-through report with recommended action plans to improve the product performance to meet consumers’ demands.
• Closely work with product, marketing and VM teams to ensure timely product launches across in right POS.
• Track performance of planned best sellers, campaign products, and evergreen to enhance sell-thru.
  

Operation And Processes

• Generate pre-order reports by POS for monthly in store communication images
• Manage and adjust pre-orders to ensure the sell-thru of BLR & key franchise stores before product launch.
• Manage the key product allocation and the replenishment process for BLR & key franchise stores to maximize store productivities.
• Generate reports to support merchandising and operational decision making.
• Generate monthly product removal list for franchise stores according to product lifecycle.

Internal: Product Manager, VM Team, Space Planning Team, Customer Service & Finance Team

External: Franchise Store Manager

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• University Degree and above
• At least 3 years store operations experience in retail or wholesale industry
• General knowledge of consumer goods market and retail & wholesale network
• Footwear or apparel industry is a plus
