Primary Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Solutions project manager provides plan & design, recommendations to partners & customers for Private 5G Total Solution.
• Leadership in cross-functions to implement project management regarding budget, schedule, quality, etc.
• Ensure all applicable processes, procedures, and policies are supported, documented, well communicated
• Take up a proactive approach to identify risks to ensure project success and create and maintain a project risk tracker
• Works closely with the ADLINK sales team to support sales opportunities by engaging and leveraging key partners in the sales cycle.

Other requirements:

• Must: Have the experience with Netcom, Wireless product /industry
• Professionally written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong teamwork, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated to learn new technologies and participate in new market trends, and the ability to work under a fast cadence.
• Relevant working experience over 5 years
