  • Implementation of FICO Fraud & AML Compliance products for Taiwan-based customers
  • Conducting / participating in Project Kick-off workshops, Solution Integration and design discussions, product demonstrations and documenting customer expectations in a way the team can implement the solutions
  • Integration and customization of solutions including building bridge interfaces, data transformation layers, ETL, etc. including identifying the right technology solution for the given problem statement, design, development, testing, packaging and releasing to various environments
  • Installation, configuration, documentation, and deployment of FICO’s solution and custom components internally and at customer sites
  • Consult, Guide and Engage with customer through the integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, security testing and various other testing cycles the project may deem necessary
  • Identify reusability of various solution components and further enhance the degree of reusability in every solution integration work unit
  • Work with Product Development (PTO), Product Support and Customer to resolve various product gaps, defects and enhancement requests in a mutually agreeable way Technical Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer Sciences, Computer Applications or such similar stream
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in a financial services sector that processes high volume transactions
  • Preferably prior working experience at a Software Vendor in the AML/KYC/Compliance space or prior working experience in software application space in the banking and financial industry.
  • Good knowledge/understanding of Linux/windows server administration
  • Proficient in use of command line interface and basic scripting (shell etc.)
  • Proficient in Java Programming Language and related frameworks (JEE, Spring, Hibernate, etc.) in previous jobs
  • Thorough understanding of working on Physical and Virtual environment
  • Good knowledge/understanding of internet protocols and standards (e.g. IP, TCP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS)
  • Proficient in RDBMS databases like MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
  • Exposure/Experience in NoSQL databases like MongoDB will be an added advantage
  • Strong familiarity with app servers, web servers and load balancing technologies
  • Hands-on experience in current or previous job in deploying, configuring and maintaining web, java and open source applications on Linux (RHEL, windows, CentOS etc.) is required
  • Working knowledge of software version control concepts and change management processes
  • Good command over English in addition to Mandarin and can engage with clients and internal teams using English. Why Make a Move to FICO?
