- Experience leading and influencing across all levels of an organization.

Google’s projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it’s your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project’s progress and deadlines.
As a Site Program Manager, you’ll work closely with the Site Lead, conceiving, initiating, and driving programs aimed at bettering the quality of life at work for Googlers. You will create/drive site strategy as it relates to site health, hyper-local external engagement, and cross-functional product area/business alignment. You will assist Site Leads in taking on challenges and opportunities that face a Google site holistically. You’ll be a key member of the local leadership team, helping to galvanize the group to create a sense of One Google at every site. You will also stay well connected to other Site Program Managers in other Google locations around the world to identify and replicate best practices.
Great just isn’t good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). We bring the world’s most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
