This position has the role of EUV Field Service Engineer with the responsibility for TRUMPF EUV laser systems installation and upgrade. As TRUMPF EUV team is closely working together with our customer for EUV lithography for our end customers, this job position assumes clear ownership on every single phase from preparation to handover of individual laser equipment system to our customer.

• Provide field service for installing, commissioning, upgrading and retrofitting of TRUMPF EUV laser systems for our end-customers in Taiwan and worldwide working as a Team.
• Emergency field service, troubleshooting and repair of TRUMPF EUV laser systems.
• Preventative Maintenance of EUV-DL Systems
• Technical Support via Telephone and Email
• Assistance in repairing customer machines using remote diagnostics Capabilities
• Collaboration with TRUMPF departments to obtain answers to technical problems
• Reporting discrepancies, unresolved or recurrent problems to EUV Management
• Work safely and meet customers / TRUMPF safety regulations at all time.
• Required business travel to the field offices for supporting TRUMPF EUV Laser System installation.
• Work in fab with 7*24 work shift.
  
  

Bachelor or master degree in Electronics, Laser Electro Optics or related fields.

Welcome both new college graduate and experienced talent

• Have strong Electronics, Laser Electro Optics or related background, and strong diagnostic experience.
• Good electronics & controls knowledge with troubleshooting skills.
• Good mechanical proficiency with hand tools as well as precision measurement tools.
• Fluent in both spoken and written in English and Mandarin to interface internal and external customers. (TOEIC 600+)
• Excellent written, documentation, and verbal communication skills as well as good customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently and rarely need technical assistance in performance of daily responsibilities.
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
• High flexibility regarding work location and working time.
• Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint knowhow.
• TRUMPF product knowledge preferred.
