Responsibilities

• Teradyne HDD field service engineer based in Hsinchu
• Maintains automation systems at customer site with excellent performance
• Develops and maintains a high degree of customer satisfaction and credibility by providing innovative, timely solutions to customer problems
• Weekly or even daily meeting with customers and Teradyne engineering/service team.
• Moderate travel required, both within Asia and to the US to work with the larger engineering team and other customer service team
• Work off shift, 24 x 7 coverage at customer site.
  

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledgeable in electronics boards troubleshooting and repair
• Having above 3 years of handlers and Mechanical Engineering or Automation experience
• 3. Experienced in hardware/software validation and verification for medium and high-end ATE/SLT or Semiconductor industry is an advantage
• Goal and results-oriented, assertive and hardworking
• Computer literate
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
• Enthusiastic to work on customer support

BS/MS in EE or Mechanical engineering
