Department Overview

The Airport Operations department keeps operations at our airports running smoothly through planning, organization and supervision.

Job Overview And Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of ATW/BTW
• Collaboration team work with internal employees and leadership
• Collaboration with vendors daily operations of ATW/BTW
• Assign daily job and monthly roster, completion reports assigned by Leadership
• Attend airport meetings assigned by Leadership
• Ensure compliance with United, TSA and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and policies
• Other duties as assigned
  

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Required

• 3-5 years of Customer Services experience including but not limited to ATW/BTW
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Working rotate shift including day / night shift including holiday and Saturday/Sunday
• Must be legally authorized to work in Taiwan for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
