  • Accountable for brand P&L, business outlook and budget management including annual marketing expenses with conducting optimal resource allocation of tactical programs
  • Lead and manage Marketing team to develop and implement strategic and operational plans and deliver our current and future goals
  • Accountable for monitor brand KPIs, track ROI measurements for all marketing activities
  • Partner with Government Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Affairs to ensure the success of new launches and future pipeline
  • Constantly review current practice, and effect change to generate better outcomes for patients and to drive higher revenues
  • Identify new initiatives and opportunities to support IM BU business, gain support from the cross-functional team and Senior Management through development of business cases
  • Build trusted and lasting relationships with thought leaders in the disease area of OI BU brands
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure the team are experts within their field
  • Coach and develops direct reports and cross-functional teams to achieve sustained growth and success.
  • Build succession to all key roles within the team

Desired Knowledge / Experience / Language
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Science or Business
  • At least 8 years industry experience with preferably 4+ years of marketing experience
  • Demonstrated track record of successful product launches and sustained performance in a competitive market
  • Specialty Care marketing experiences in Gastroenterology, Oncology, Immunology, or Dermatology are highly desirable
  • Experience of effective people management including coaching, motivating and development planning is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments
  • Proven team player with ability to work cross functionally
  • Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, influence, execute
  • High scientific profile with the ability to take on board new and complex clinical information
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills required
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English written/oral communication.
