  • Constantly lead the Ocean operations in TAIWAN to ensure that requirements from group/division/GREC are fully communicated, understood and performed via communication, consultant, training and support.
  • Supervise closely with CW1 Support, IT and related departments to fully use CW1 functions for improving efficiency and productivity in TAIWAN
  • Monitor KPI and SOP of Ocean product and provide coaching and support about it in TAIWAN.
  • Provide better solution, professional consultancy and value-added service about TAIWAN Ocean product to internal and external stakeholders.
  • In liaison with Claims matter, ensure any insurance claims are followed through with the established company procedures.
  • Demonstrate leadership for TAIWAN ocean team.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you need:
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in Freight Forwarding Industry and 5 years in managerial level.
  • Good at spoken English and written English.
  • Management skills including communication, motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, delegation and selection.
  • Good understanding to CW1, operation and documentation procedure required.
  • P&L ownership mindset.
