1. Performance and Talent Development - 70%

• Understand the company’s strategic direction, discuss with related supervisors, assess skills gaps, and conduct yearly training plans.
• Responsible for the management talent development program, implementing it, and reviewing the results.
• Initiate the succession plan, which will be conducted through courses, projects, and tasks to train the unit’s second-in-command.
• Promote the performance evaluation system, gradually optimize it, and integrate it with talent development so the company can cultivate its talents internally.
• Build a digital learning platform, improve learning records, and introduce micro-learning mechanisms.
• Build an enterprise university and professional college, and shape a learning organization.

2. Recruitment and Hiring - 15% (Initially through recruitment to know the company, later will be responsible for T&D)

• Understand the job requirements and assess the suitability of candidates based on their resumes.
• Manage recruitment channels and gradually build up the employer brand.
• Develop and attract outstanding talents and provide candidate suitability recommendations.
• Find the right person to join the company.

3. Temporary projects and internal audit requirements - 15%

In the early stage, you will focus on recruitment to familiarize yourself with the company’s personnel, matters, and regulations. In the later stage, you will be responsible for two aspects: talent development and related key projects.
