Senior HRBP (Senior HR Manager / HR Manager)

We are looking for a strategic HRBP to drive GU Taiwan talent and business growth. This senior HRBP will lead 1~2 team members, and the role will be both strategic and hands-on. Our ideal candidate is the one who has strong passion on delivering organization and talent development, good influencing skill, and is able to proactively and aggressively work with business leaders, understand business issues and opportunities, and provide HR expertise in the areas of organization growth and total talent management to deliver the company mission.

Responsibilities

  • Make the GUTW 1~3 year and long-term direction of organization and talent strategy to deliver business and company missions.
  • Create the total talent management plan, with tactics of talent attraction, selection, talent development, performance enhancement, and culture shaping to ensure strategy delivery.
  • Understand business, closely work with business leaders, and adjust HR activities speedily to achieve business goals.
  • Work with Global HR team and training teams to identify talent opportunities, ensure a healthy talent pipeline from training and total talent management activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • More than 8 years of HR experience and at least 5 years in HRBP role.
  • Strong influencing skill and passion to make impacts and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (Japanese is a plus.)
