Responsibilities for Sr. Financial Analyst

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to management team
• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Work closely with accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop models that help with decision-making
• Support billing, financial admin and other assigned tasks
• Handle invoicing works and custom billing, for example, but not limited to, project-based studies or FTE-model services, and support financial admin and other assigned tasks.

Requirements for Sr. Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBAs are preferred, CPA or CFA will be a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in CPA firm
• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills; be professional interacting with leader of each groups and senior-level management team
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail required
