• 2:3 years experience in human resources field, must be with local experience in a Taiwanese company or a foreign company’s branch office in Taiwan
• Experiences in one of the following industries: advertising, marketing, digital media, or PR companies; start-up experience is a plus
• Fluent in both Chinese & English preferred
• Adaptive & flexible

• Payroll
• Biannual performance review content & timeline monitoring
• New joiner onboarding or Leavers off-boarding
• Planing, organizing, executing team building activities & annual citizen day event
• Internal communication in both English and Chinese
• Create, maintain & secure employee master data
• Recruitment and Talent Mapping
• General admin work
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
