Join our team of about 303,000 colleagues around the globe and help us creating environments that care.The incubation unit of Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Commercial Manager.In this function, you will report to the Head of Finance of the Incubation Unit and will implement, manage, and oversee commercial functions and business administration activities for the incubation unit of Siemens Smart Infrastructure.What You Will Do

• Help to develop business/financial strategies that will grow the incubation unit aligned with the global targets and expectations.
• Support bid management on commercial proposal matters.
• Lead all aspects of business planning and, forecasting, budgeting, performance controlling, risk management, reporting, and ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines.
• Act as a business partner to the function heads of the Incubation Unit of Smart Infrastructure and direct the finance activities including project financial control.
• Empower and allocate, balance resources of commercial team, procurement, and order management.
• Develop and nurture a long-term trust-based relationship with key internal stakeholders and partners, with financial services, tax and, support functions to ensure efficient risk management and internal control systems.
• Develop new business models and ensure the applicability in line with external and internal accounting and reporting guidelines.
• Act as a role model, by building a culture of innovation, excellence, teamwork, ownership, and trust.
• Drive digitalization in finance and improve financial processes to allow for transformative business innovation.

What we are looking for:

• Education: Degree or professional certification in either Finance, Accounting, or related field, expertise in IFRS.
• More than 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles in technology companies, covering service and project business models preferred.
• A results-driven, customer-centric, business sense and ownership and entrepreneurship, and hands-on mindset with intercultural sensitivity and the ability to collaborate with teams across various business units and partners.
• Profound understanding of internal business processes from sales, project execution to performance-based services.
• Strong passion and competence to learn and drive high performance culture and innovation.
• Strong financial, interpersonal, analytical skills and risk management.
• Ability to work closely with all disciplines within the business (sales, project execution, customer service, finance) and to rapidly build a high level of acceptance.
• Ability to build trust internally and externally through clear communication, credibility, and leadership.
• Strong growth mindset, thinking outside the box, comfortable outside the comfort zone and in an agile environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
