Misson Statement:As a Senior Brand Manager in the Champagne and Wine category, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of luxury wines and spirits. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your responsibility will be to lead the development of brand strategy, positioning, and communication, and bring to market new brands and experiences that resonate with our consumers.
Your ability to think creatively and drive innovation will be critical to delivering results in a highly competitive and dynamic industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Maison, Region, sales, trade marketing, and supply chain, to ensure that our brands are effectively communicated and executed in the market.

Main Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: lead the development of brand strategies for the portfolio, including defining brand positioning, target audience, and communication strategies. Develop a deep understanding of consumer insights and market trends to ensure that our brands remain relevant and resonant with our target audience.
- New Brand/Product Launch: Work closely with the Maison team to bring new brands/products and experiences to the market. Be responsible for developing launch plans, pricing strategies, and marketing/trade campaigns to ensure the successful commercialization of new products.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, PR and traditional media. Work closely with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver against business objectives.
- Budget Management: Be responsible for managing the marketing budget for your portfolio and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to drive business results.
- Team Leadership: Have one direct report and will be responsible for coaching and developing your team member. Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure that your team is aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with customer marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure that our brands are effectively executed in the market. You will also work closely with Maison and region to ensure that our portfolio is optimized to deliver against business objectives.
Overall, as a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Champagne and Wine category. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and profitability for the portfolio.
Education : University or above, major in Marketing and Communication or Business Management related.
Languages :Proficient in English
Professional experience & know how:
- At least 8 years’ experience in marketing at multi-national companies
- Experience in luxury / FMCG industries is a plus.
- Solid marketing / brand management experience including digital marketing, social media, influencer management, PR and new product launch campaigns
- Good commercial sense with good knowledge of brand management
- Strong management skills: planning, organizing, direction and decision
- Strong creative and strategic thinking
- Good leadership skills and able to motivate / influence others
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a changing environment
