Working closely with others, ensure taht OIPT equipmetn is fully functional and available for customer use, involving regular extensive travel on Asia basis.
Demo developement job in OIPT Asia Lab ( ITRI ) and meet customer enquire.
Key responsibilities:
  • Process commissioning: Demonstrate process performance of tools installed at customer’s sites to pass customer acceptance tests and
  • achieve system acceptance. This will involve foreign travel ( weight : 30%)
  • Troublshooting: Provide technical process troubleshooting and liaison with customers. ( weight : 10%)
  • Development and optimization process in OIPT Asia Lab Taiwan: Develop an excellent working knowledge of the technology to facilitate fault
  • finding and root cause analysis on processing results or equipment performance to deliver optimised process and hardware preformance. (
    weight : 50%)
  • Training: Carry out customer training both at OIPT and at customer sites .( weight : 10%)
  • Education:
  • A relevant science or engineering degree. Physical or EE engineering.
  • Significant experience of the semiconductor industry or relevant experience in an academic institution.
  • Abilities:
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Thin film measuring skills ( e.g. SEM )
  • Skills: General deposition or etch experience, if have below three processes capability, that will be better:
  • Ion Beam ( Deposition and / or Etch )
  • Deposition: PECVD, ICP CVD and ALD.
  • Etch: RIE, ICP and FA
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Plans effectively in order to meet business objectives
  • Plans own time to maximum effect,
  • Highly innovative and good lateral thinking skills for indentifying opprotunities for technology development applications
  • Willingness to take on responsibility
  • Willingness to travel 50% stay in Lab for demo and 50% travel for Field acceptance
