We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Safety and Productivity Solutions team in our Taiwan office. Reporting to the Sales Director, your focus will be Supervise all aspects of engagements with key accounts for our Safety and sensing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate robust strategy, develop, and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities, orchestrates and owns the medium and long-term execution of the account strategy, incorporating product, software, services, support / maintenance, and where appropriate, partners and channels
  • Encourage innovation entrepreneurship spirit among the organization and constantly identify the new business winning opportunities and breakthrough initiatives, Become a strategic advisor on company’s solution offers and digital transformations
  • Build strong business relationship with Honeywell target Hi-tech/semiconductor key accounts, such as TSMC, Micron, etc.
  • Secure a competitive advantage by penetrating customer’s org chart and fill the ‘white space’
  • Leverage local sales/service team, local partners and HON global team to gain a larger share of their spend
  • Understand the overall customer strategic direction and portfolio, identify opportunities, articulate and deliver value proposition
  • Manage and enhance the Channel partners in Taiwan
  • Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle

Key Experience & Capabilities

  • B2B experience in technical diversified solution, manufacturing, mixed with digital experience is a plus; semiconductor / industrial manufacturing domain expertise would be highly valued
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in combination of Industrial Sales, Key Account management, and Business Development and consistent track record of exceptional capital project sales results with C-level clients
  • Proven track record of Strategic Account success with multinational accounts and experience managing regional growth accounts
  • Strong communion skills with both key accounts and internal global team
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization and handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
