Job Description

OBJECTIVE

I lead the environment policy of my country to reduce the environmental impact of my country’s activities.MISSION

1°/ ENLIGHTEN

I write the country’s SD project. I identify what is at stake, both externally and internally, to challenge Decathlon’s activities & orientations. I ensure that teammates in my country have access to our sustainability performances.2°/ CONNECT

I connect and bring people together by sharing our common sustainable purpose and actions.

At local level, I make sure sustainability is integrated and taken into account. I enlighten the leaders and thanks to my help, they are able to integrate planet into strategic decisions.

At united level, I represent my country and share with other countries my best practices as well as my difficulties. I attend the 3 main meetings and make sure that I or the topics leader of my country attends the topics webinars.3°/ EMPOWER

I empower and involve team mates, making them autonomous, by providing purpose, creating tools, methods, trainings and coaching.4°/ MANAGE

I manage (assess, report, pilot) and share key indicators to improve environmental performance(ex: CO2 KPI, tons of wastes, % ecomobility).

I ensure the reliability of the data.

The strategic plan of my country is aligned with the united transition plan.

Every quarter, I collect the data (see details below) of my country, share the results with my country leader and analyze my evolution.

I write the sustainable sales and ecodesign turnover trajectory of my country and adjust my strategy to reach it.

I write about my country’s CO2 trajectory and decrease the CO2 impact of my country thanks to all the actions and projects coordinated by me.

I contribute to increase the share of ecodesign sales.
