Summary

• In charge of SAP CRM/SD Module, including function and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• SAP CRM/SD module maintenance.
• Optimize ASIS process. Design and deliver high quality solutions for supporting overall business activities.
• Support new function implementation and co-work with other modules/applications.
• Participate in regional/global project assignments.
• Provide timely and efficient first tier support.
• Performance analysis and investigation into root cause of system issues, and propose solutions.
• Execute or coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree and 4+ year or more business/technical experience in SAP SD.
• Experience in global manufacturing enterprise is preferred.
• SAP CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding the integration with MM, PP, FI/CO.
• The ability to perform SAP development components is required, including ABAP, Query, RFC/WS, Smartforms, etc.
