Represent Abbott products and execute sales plans and clinical support in an assigned territory to achieve sales targets.

Develop & manage business relationships with all clients including (but not limited to) physicians, hospital staff and distributors to continually influence the sales and market growth of Abbott Medical products.

Continuously assesses customer’s needs and requirements while providing input to the forecasting cycle.

Main Responsibilities As Below
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Conduct sales reviews including marketing share analysis and adjust strategies & tactics
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure full customer satisfaction
  • Provide clinical and technical support during case and inform the clinician of patient treatment options.
  • Conduct product in-services
  • Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality.
  • Attend all Quality related trainings and fully complied with SOPs.
Skills And Experience Required
  • Minimum of 3-4 years in health care industry environment as a sales role.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Ability to support multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • Must have strong communications skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin desirable
  • Education: Bachelor or above degree
