Responsibilities

  • Represent and sell the entire Supermicro portfolio of products and services to large enterprise customers
  • Researches and understands the client’s industry. Deeply understands client business strategies and challenges
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to client leaders, aggressively shapes deals early in the sales cycle. Advances opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth for Supermicro
  • Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning Supermicro capabilities to client business and IT priorities, and positioning relative to competitors
  • Works with all levels of decision-makers in the client organization including the CEO
  • Participates in account investment decisions in pricing and resources
  • Establish and maintain relation with the strategic partners at the executive management level
  • Build high quality in partner resources capacity and capability to meet the growth of the various segments
  • Drive and manage the Taiwan channels ecosystems, including distributors, resellers, advisories, Service Providers and Global Sis
  • Execute on key goals of the partner business plan: sales, technical and delivery enablement, brand awareness, marketing and firmly customer success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferably in high tech industry
  • Minimum 3-7 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage to enterprise and fortune-1000 companies preferred
  • At least 5 years with direct Taiwan IT partner roles and accountable for relationships with key Taiwan SIs and Partner ecosystem
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies
  • Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers
  • Negotiates profitable deals so that the company can expand opportunities based on the existing business and increase the company’s footprint and revenue.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner/ISV solutions.
  • Proficient in English is a huge plus
