工作職責：

策略制定（包括市場洞見）與評估：根據公司整體目標制定區域整體銷售策略，包括新業務模式下客戶需求趨勢判斷與購買潛力評估、區域競爭格局與市場需求趨勢分析、產品組合設計、區域渠道與服務網路完善優化和區域內生態合作夥伴關係建立;定期跟進策略執行情況，根據風險、競爭環境及時調整銷售策略

目標分解與督導：制定所屬區域整體銷售目標（年度、季度、月度），監督和評估目標完成情況

銷售資源統籌與分配：統籌內外部合作夥伴資源，基於策略目標及不同客戶需求潛力，設計合理的銷售資源分配計劃

經銷商管理：結合區域市場特點，協助渠道部門制定新業務模式下轉銷商管理政策，包括已有經銷商體系優化與新經銷商開發

協助准入策略制定和產品入院推動：協同市場准入部門制定區域內原有產品及新產品的准入策略（包括價格策略及健保自費項目推動），協助推動區域內產品群組及新產品的入院工作

協助客戶資源管理：拜訪重點客戶高層負責人;負責區域內政府關係、行業專家和其他合作夥伴的關係網路建設與維護

探索創新業務模式：篩選生態潛在合作方，探索創新銷售模式，提升差異化競爭力
