Job Responsibility

• Support new ACT Taoyuan site manufacturing area setup and procedures preparation for smoothly process start-up and volume ramp-up
• Conduct area operators’ production/product procedure training and qualification to ensure high standard of operation discipline and core value compliance.
• Lead process site matching, continuous improvement and operation excellence approach with MT, R&D, Quality, CI and related functions.
• Provide production status update, actual production performance vs. plan. Work with supply chain and production planner to modify production plan accordingly.
• Manage production activities, including production plan, trouble shouting status, quality issues, investigation follow up.
  

Job Qualification

• Minimum of M.S. in Chemistry, Chem E, Mech E, Materials Science/Engr or related engineering degree
• 3+ years experienced in semiconductor, electronics material
• Data analysis capability and technical reporting with 6 sigma concept
• Independent process problem solving capability
• Good communication/interpersonal skills and team player
• Good English and Chinese language skills
• Good learning ability and positive working attitude.
