The hiring company is a world-leading foundry based in Hsin Chu, Taiwan.

Title: Risk Management Manager/Senior Manager

Report to: Director of RM

Location: Hsin Chu, Taiwan

Responsibilities:

1. Enhance ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) culture and practices, and facilitate the stakeholders to identify, control the risks and review risk management performance

2. Conduct the compliance on the risk management and business continuity management,

3. Report the risk management status and improvement needed to the executives

4. Simulate the risk index by using big data analysis

5. Be able to perform cross-function projects with project management skill

Requirements:

1. Minimum Master degree majoring in Engineering, Science is a plus

2. At least 5 years of risk management related experience in manufacturing industries.

3. Proven capabilities in program management, cross-functional communication skills would be preferred.

4. Attributes to lead the program of enhance risk management practices

5. Attributes to create ERM value to benefit the company

6. Ability to facilitate teamwork around the risk topic

7. Profession and Knowledge of ESH (Environmental protection, Safety, Health), IT and Supply Chains (or finance risk) Management

8. Good English language ability.
