Primary Responsibility:

  • Responsible for directing a major part of the organization’s sales activity at key account. This activity has significant impact on the long-term success of the company. Develop comprehensive Sales performance metrics, accountability processes, and systems to maximize and grow company revenue and margins. Actively contribute to the Sales Management team’s strategic planning process. Prepares sales metrics and is responsible for reporting.
  • Key Account Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the key account’s sales plan for MKS. Optimize new opportunities through account penetration plan to increase revenue in the key customer account
  • Provide key account product roadmap ideas/requests
  • Provide sales forecasts as requested to achieve the plan, and justify the inputs based on facts and business drivers for the account and MKS to win.
  • Win individual project orders for MKS through effective account penetration plan
  • Manage all key relationships within the account…. Including roles such as decision makers, influencers, and coaches
  • Provide periodic account status reports to Senior Sales and Marketing Management
  • Manage account receivables
  • Co-work with BU and application team to address product issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above.
  • 10+ years of OEM industry working experience.
  • 3+ years people manager experience.
  • Excellent people skills, strong drive to succeed as a team manager.
