Key Responsibilities:

• Actively discover talented candidates to deliver lifetime career growth opportunities
• Strongly support client’s organization/business development by filling high-value talents to key development roles
• Provide consultation services with informative industry trends and news of talent market to clients or candidates to make crucial employment decisions
• Develop and maintain an effective talent network in the industry
• Hit and exceed sales targets to reach both personal and organizational achievements

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a people-oriented role in any industry
• Experienced in recruitment or sales-related jobs is a strong plus
• Committed to personal growth and dare to face the challenge for it
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have a continuous learning spirit and an analytical mindset
• Must be a great team player with sharing spirit to facilitate team collaborations
• Proficient English skills in reading and writing, fluent in English is a great plus
