Key Responsibilities

  • Take the initiative to establish a network of contacts and match suitable candidates for the enterprise.
  • Interview candidates, use empathy, observation, and professional ability to understand the needs of candidates and assist in arranging job search directions.
  • Make good use of judgment and coordination skills as a communication bridge between the enterprise and the candidates.
  • Independently execute business development on the enterprise side, discuss recruitment needs with the employers of each unit, and establish a cooperative relationship.
  • Keenly understand the future development of the enterprise, and act as its excellent recruitment representative to attract suitable candidates.
  • Give professional advice to enterprises and candidates, assist in appropriately developing candidates, and help enterprises appoint talents.
  • Key Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR Specialist, Payroll Specialist, or HR Generalist administration role.
    • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in business/customer development.
    • Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
    • Enthusiastic and energetic, not afraid of rejection, enjoys interacting with people and is highly curious about people.
    • Clear logic, patience, and sensitivity, good communication skills, adaptability, and efficiency.
    • Love to learn, willing to share, uphold altruism, and expect to exert their own influence.
    • Be proactive, accept change, use various methods to overcome difficulties, and never give up.
