Job Description

Develop next generation Pyralux and adhesive offering, related technologies & materials for FCCL (Flex Copper Clad Laminate).
Explore new ingredients with chemical functionality that improve product performance via understanding of customer needs & material technology.
Investigate lab to scale up process for new product development
Assists in research efforts to improve existing products or create new applications.
Support manufacturing technology development to speed up product commercialization.
Provide training to technician and sales representative.

Job Qualifications

PhD degree is required in Polymer chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry.

Experience In Polymer/oligomer Science Is Required.

Experience in polymer processing or polymer synthesis is a plus.
Experience in dispersion or interface chemistry is a plus.
Experience in formulation development, DOE experience and industrial-working is a plus
Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization.
Independent researcher, as well as team work is required.
Fluent in English & Mandarin.
Good computer proficiency.
Be able for travel to US and within Asia.
