Responsibilities

• Work with R&D Scientists in Hsinchu to develop new electroplating products.
• Lead Hsinchu lab operation team to establish 5-year capital plan.
• Improve the data quality, consistency, and turnaround rate within Hsinchu lab operations
• Strengthen safety awareness and 5S+1 in the lab
• Interact with various functions to accelerate new product development.
• Drive for enhanced fundamental understanding.
• Develop IP strategy for Electroplating business.
• Responsible for new methodology development for addressing customers’ CTQs.
• Develop & achieve new business by promoting new and existing products aligned with account / marketing strategy.
• Be a primary lead for new account & opportunity scouting, existing customer issue trouble-shooting and internal new product development project.
• Interface closely with Customer Account Technology team to provide timely support to customers.
• Support sales activity by making Technical presentation and managing customers’ Technical request.
• Mix & interact well with current & potential customers and industry people to get market intelligence.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (Chemical, Material, Metallurgical) or Chemistry.
• Good knowledge about PCB/Electroplating process & industry.
• Logical, persuasive, influential capability.
• Good communication & interpersonal skill to maintain close collaboration with customer & internal resources (R&D, Supply Chain, Technical team) .
• Aggressive, persistent and can-do attitude. Good team player.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of overall Quality Management, SPC, Six Sigma, MSA, Gauge R&R.
• Good Technical Service & Sales Skill.
