What You’ll Be Doing

• Interface with multiple departments within the customer and Arrow, including supply chain, sales, purchasing, asset management, and finance to review, understand, analyze and determine the approach needed to proceed with Request For Quotation (RFQ).
• Preparation and data entry of customer quotes into Supplier’s system including verification of customer contract pricing
• To Analyze and prepare quote processes recommendations to the sales field
• Responsible for directing resources and managing large and complex national, global and Alliance customer quotes.
• Work on large and complex customer quotes including global and Alliance customers which will require interfacing with multiple departments within the customer and Arrow.
• Verify and prepare quote for return to customer and report to field sales any discrepancies, errors, and omissions.
• Recognize cross-selling opportunities and inform field sales. A complete and detailed understanding of the quote process may include post-quote analysis.
• Monitor and coordinate due dates and notify field sales teams as needed. Able to review and assist the field sales team with debit and mark-up strategy.
• Support, communicate and work towards department, branch, and company goals and objectives. Able to create job aids and processes to train and lead the QS team.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years’ relevant working experience
• Good command of written English
• Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
• Completes work under moderate supervision
• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
• Well-organized, work independent, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and good team player
• Ability to work on multiple projects and work under pressure
