What We Offer

Major tasks:

• Ensure that Quality Control elements of ISO and other quality systems are well maintained and complied with. Continuously to improve QC systems and corresponding procedures.
• Schedule Quality Control activities; adapt planning when required.
• Organize quality control data for raw materials, intermediates, semi-finished and final products for further analysis of the informative data to improve the product quality.
• Mitigate unqualified products or raw materials released for production or shipment according to FQC/IQC result.
• Responsible for document filing and preservation for Quality Control team.
• In charge of QC lab instrument internal/external calibration periodically.
• Design inspection/metrology training materials and conduct the training for QC/IPQC to elevate the capabiity of team.
• Run daily operation of QC lab including inspection/metrology, test method validation and support the analysis request from internl customer such as TS and Production department.

Support ARM (Alternative Raw Materials) evaluation work with regard to quality.

Qualifications:

Education :

Degree & Major at least a bachelor or master`s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or material science.

Required experiences :

• At least 5 year relevant working experience, preferably in polymer and organic synthesis.
• Production experience and laboratory developement experience and technology application experience is preferred.
• Chemistry knowledge with organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, materials science and manufacturing process is preferred.
• High learning agility & logical thinking.
• Strong communication & coordination skills to lead cross function teams & projects.
