As number one in their industry, the company has continue to strive for excellence and sustainable growth on their business. As the company continues to gain market share in Taiwan, they are now seeking a well-rounded Field Service Operations Manager to lead their large team.Scope Of Responsibilities

• Set objectives, strategies & targets for implementing & executing project
• Manage full project cycle from site intake to handover - preparation and reviewing project program, schedule of milestones, resources planning, layouts/records submissions, quality control, subcontractors management and site safety to ensure compliance of the project specifications
• Facilitate all phases of projects, including customer interface, client development, project scoping, procurement, construction oversight, and cost management
• Manage the project team and ensure the process complies with ethics & compliance requirements and company standards

Desired Profile

• More than 6 years solid project management experience and prefer in large-scale project with prestige clients
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Good presentation & communication skills
• Technology or Engineering Education Background is preferred
