Job description

1. Support hardware development builds and manage product labeling and build documentation.

2. Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) product Build Matrix (system configuration decoder); tracking material readiness, tracking engineering parallel paths and investigations, and product configurations.

3. Maintain allocation database, provide allocation direction, track system delivery schedules, ensure timely distribution to all product groups.

4. Facilitate BOM management and communication with internal and external teams.

5. Responsible for development PO (purchase order) creation, communication with internal and external finance teams, invoice review, and final invoice approval

6. Create the UI/ tool/ scripts for EPM team’s to enhance the work process

Skills and Must have:

• Must have the ability to create the script. Must be good atSQL/ MySQL or Python.
• Must be familiar with Excel (Google Sheet) formula.
• Have at least 3 years of working in consumer electronics manufacturing company.
• Has experience of managing the NPI products’ engineering builds.
• Has experience in working/managing with ODM (original design manufacturer) /JDM (Joint Development Manufacturer) /CM (contract manufacturer) suppliers.
• Have job experiences in coordinating and supporting cross-functional teams on engineering sample management processes.
• Have basic knowledge of Logistic process and international shipping process.
• Familiar with the term “Bill of Material (BOM)"
• Fluent in English communications (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
