As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As a Program Manager, you will help expand and enhance our global supply and demand planning operations. You will sit within Google’s Consumer Hardware team and will manage supply and demand planning activities for long-term Pixel new product introduction (NPI) programs. You will manage key internal and external stakeholders as they manage supply chain operations for Google’s hardware business.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply and demand models that seek to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining excellent service levels to partners and customers.
• Present supply and demand recommendations to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear/concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.
• Partner with demand planning, sales operations, and product management teams to comprehend/influence demand assumptions, scenarios, inputs, and adjustments to consensus forecasts.
• Drive product success using metrics such as inventory, excess and obsolescence, material spend, freight in, cost of goods sold, and gross margins.
• Drive product strategy via analytics and propose optimal launch dates, capacity investments, feature portfolio, cost-reduction opportunities, and supply strategies to maximize supply chain flexibility and maximize business growth.
