RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a bridge between teams R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Sales and Applications translating business and technical requirements
• Research and be a resource for information such as market changes, products offered by the competition, benefits of Immunalysis products and their superior value to consumers
• Provide technical and product training to sales and customers
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities, trends and potential threats with the purpose of maximizing value from all Immunalysis products
• Understand the assay development, design, manufacturing and Quality Control process and final application at customer locations and support and represent customer requirements during throughout the process
• Communicate with customers and gather feedback to ensure products are accurate, reliable, relevant, and valuable
• Partner closely with Sales team to ensure optimal customer experiences
• Identify, implement and oversee process improvements, standards and procedures to product management to ensure the highest quality end product is delivered to customers
• Provides technical support to customers, which includes information on Instrument/reagent usage, protocol, instrument/reagent capabilities and specifications.
• Apply disciplined, fact-based judgment to process improvement recommendations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years of product management with a proven track record
• Degree in molecular biology or equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to work across time zones as needed to support project deployment schedules
• Able to travel minimally
